Please follow all five steps carefully. Papers that do not comply with these instructions will not be included in the conference proceedings.
Step 1: Prepare Camera-Ready Paper and Address Reviewers’ Comments
Revise your manuscript carefully before preparing the final camera-ready version:
- Revise your manuscript to address all reviewers’ comments.
- Prepare the camera-ready version using the IEEE template: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.
- Verify that every reference in your paper is correct.
- Avoid self-citations unless they are necessary and clearly justified.
- Do not cite papers that are not directly related to your work.
- Format all references correctly. Do not add new references to the paper after acceptance unless recommended by reviewers.
Any paper with excessive self-citations or references that cannot be verified will not be published in the proceedings. No warning will be sent to authors.
Formatting Requirement: Your paper must be formatted according to the official IEEE conference template. Use the actual template, either Microsoft Word or LaTeX. Papers that do not use the exact and correct template will be rejected.
- No header or footer
- No IEEE copyright notice
- No ordinal prefixes before author names. Do not write "1st Author", "2nd Author", etc.
Step 2: Submit IEEE Copyright via EDAS
Complete the IEEE Copyright Transfer in EDAS for your accepted paper. This step is required for inclusion in the proceedings.
Step 3: IEEE PDF eXpress
All camera-ready papers must be validated through IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure IEEE Xplore compatibility.
Website: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
Creating your account (first-time users):
- Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site and click "Create Account".
- Enter Conference ID: 70459X
- Enter your email address and a password.
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress should follow the same steps above but enter the same password used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is still valid.
Once you have registered:
- Upload your source file containing your paper for conversion.
- You will receive by email the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF of your paper for download. Please do not change the PDF file name received.
- If your paper conversion is declined, not approved by IEEE, the system will provide you with the error log. Fix the issues and repeat the process.
- Do not email conference chairs about errors in preparing the PDF or compliance with PDF eXpress. If you use the correct template, the PDF file will pass.
